FEATURED PROJECT
D&H Auto Body
Warwick, Rhode Island

Two Booths. One Flexible Drive-Through System.
D&H Auto Body needed additional refinishing capacity without giving up valuable space inside the shop or constructing a conventional full building addition. Kovacs and Company delivered a self-contained outdoor Blowtherm package with two paint booths installed end to end.
The result combines the capacity of two independent spray-and-bake booths with the flexibility of one long tunnel booth, while creating a direct drive-through production path from the existing shop.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Built for Space, Flexibility, and Production Flow
Self-Contained Outdoor Package
Installing the system outside preserves valuable production space inside the existing shop and adds refinishing capacity without constructing a conventional full building addition.
Two Booths or One Long Tunnel
Dividing doors allow the system to operate as one continuous tunnel booth or as two completely separate booths, depending on the size and mix of work moving through the shop.
Independent Spray-and-Bake Cycles
Separate control panels let each booth spray or bake independently. The fully drive-through layout can move prepared vehicles and parts in one end and finished work out the other, reducing unnecessary repositioning.
Inside the D&H Tunnel Booth System
Open and closed views of the dividing doors show how the installation changes from one long work area into two independently controlled booths. The remaining photos show the system in daily production and how the outdoor package connects to the existing shop.
